      The *BEST* customer service (and obviously delicious caramels)

      Helliemae's Caramels always taste amazing, but it's really their customer service and the incredible people who run Helliemae's that make it fantastic. They always go above and beyond. I order my mom Helliemae's for pretty much every holiday. Most recently, I placed an order for Mother's Day, and Helliemae's reached out - they noticed that I had sent the delivery to my sister instead of my mom, and they asked if I was being sneaky and it was actually going to my mom again, and offered to include a free gift note. And they were right! Thanks for all you do, Helliemae's!!!
